Everything! Staff is wonderful! Working out is fun and efficient.
I do one on one training and feel safe from injury, which was important because I did not know how to "work out." I have made steady progress to my goal to be a stronger person. What I do there is a basic set and add on different muscle sets. I feel great and the regime has eliminated my knee pain because of the strengthened muscles around my knee.
The trainers are pros and adjust the program to my needs and goals. Highly recommend.

The coaches are great. The routine is easy to learn. The visual component is vey engaging. It keeps me focused when I see my effort against past results. It’s only been a month of going twice a week and I can tell my strength is improved. It’s amazing what a 20 minute session can do.
