I love everything about the Exercise Coach! Working with Dan always gets me fired up to make progress and I love being able to see real time achievements. I also like that it's not a super long workout, so I can fit it in before I go to work and feel energized for my day. I really have noticed a change in my body too - I feel stronger, and more toned in certain areas.

Low key individual attention
I have been going to the Exercise Coach for over a hear and a half. The coaches are all great. They are knowledgeable, personable, and work with you based on your needs and what you desire to attain. The studio is comfortable because it is semi private, you get all the attention you want. I recently had surgery and i believe my excellent recovery is due to the training I have had at Exercise Coach. I recommend it highly.

Speed, intensity, coaches encouragement, location, quantitation are positives. Emphasis on sanitation should be greatly increased. Seems to be very underappreciated and is relatively weak.

Coaches are friendly and supportive. The 20-minute sessions are effective. I have experienced a substantial gain in strength. While the effort during the sessions requires work, it is not so hard that it is a chore to return. This is unlike my previous experience with weight training.
My coach Alex is great, he explains all the exercises & asks if I'm feeling where the exercise is targeted for, he is very encouraging. I feel accomplished when I'm finished with my workout, it's a really great 20 minutes! I definitely feel stronger.
