I love the personalized programs & recognition of the clients needs. They are fair & flexible while working to help each client meet his/her fitness goals. Recommendation: I would really like if you had couples training. My wife wants/needs a program, but she wants to go with me. I hate gyms so this would be perfect. Cannot go to Park Ridge, too far.

Profesionally structured workouts in a quiet almost private setting.
I like the fact that work outs are one-on-one (my preference for strength training). Coach Kevin is very motivating.
It’s incredible how great I feel after a 20-minute workout. It’s a very efficient, low pressure method to gain muscle and feel so much healthier. And all the trainers are so friendly and encouraging.
After turning fifty, I felt like I was getting injured more easily and I wanted an exercise program that would challenge me and also help grow muscle without over exertion. I’ve been with the program nine months and I feel stronger, appreciate the coaches guidance and support, and making appointments keeps me accountable to a routine!

The trainers are very knowledgeable & committed to my training.
Intentionally they never schedule more than two clients at the same time, but I signed up for single sessions only which works better for me.
I have gained a significant amount of strength during my first year which is very important to me.
I am 74 years old, & building my muscle strength is critical to my being able to live a vibrant & active lifestyle as I age.
