I love that the machines measure my progress and there are so many protocols that I may not see a particular routine for over a year. I am very excited about the new Balance Tracker/Brain Health and Stretch options that I can add to my Strength Training.

It’s been a great experience. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional, encouraging, and caring. The facility is well maintained, clean, and quiet. I was skeptical I could really do this and it would make a difference. I’m extremely glad I tried and stuck with it. My body feels better, my energy level is higher, and this has enabled me to do many other things I had truly missed doing.
The coaches are very friendly and supportive of our progress. They also will usually take the time to answer any questions and show correct posture. I find the most important is the results. The In Body machine actually measures muscle mass strength in my legs, arms and trunk. In simple turns it works. The studio is flexible in their scheduling and easy to do.
I love how friendly everyone is. It doesn't just feel like a gym it feels like going to see friends. The workouts are great and I have seen more improvement with this program than any other fitness program I've participated in.

Small fewer people
Quick and effective workout for all important areas. Pleasant staff, easy to make and change appointments if needed. I am sold on Exercise Coach since 2018 as an avid hiker, the strength I gained helped me hike down and back up in the Grand Canyon.
The Zionsville location is always clean. Every one of the coaches there are very encouraging and motivating each time I show up!

I am so much stronger than I started 3 years ago. I love being able to track my progress and see both when I am stronger and when I took a step back. It keeps me motivated.
I started to become stronger on climbing hills on my road bike. I continue because I am much stronger climbing hills and feel so much better.
