Clean place and efficient process
I love the workouts. They’re efficient. They’re fast but they’re also effective. But more than anything I love how all of the staff treats people. Each coach treats everyone as individuals and is important humans not just a random person that’s coming into work out.

The attention! It works! My personal thought is taken out of it. I don’t have to think about what I am going to do when I get there, how much weight, how many reps or what body parts! I show up and they take me through the workout! Part of what makes working out and lifting weights, so exhausting is all the thought process prior to showing up at a gym. That thought process can be exhausting to someone who has a busy and stressful life. The exercise coach takes that out of the picture for me! They even let me know how many reps I have left to go and they encourage me to keep going! Also, starting out slowly, was very important to me and that’s exactly what we did!
Quick workouts that make me feel great!
Everyone I have interacted with is beyond friendly and supportive. This includes the staff as well as the other members. The 20 min workout is a challenge, but after only a month I am already seeing results. Being able to get in and get out, have a scheduled time to be there, and someone holding me accountable to showing up has helped me ensure no excuses are made to not go. I would recommend giving this a try to anyone wanting to get back into the swing or looking to be held accountable! 20 minutes 2 times a weeks is totally doable, I promise!!!

Everyone is very friendly. The population is largely people like me. Older and not in perfect shape. I don’t feel self-conscious. The instructors listen to my concerns about my back or other muscle aches. Everyone is encouraging.
