The knowledge of the trainers is great.they set each machine to our individual sizes for maximum safety and results.

Love the coaches. Love the results. I came to you in a very weak state. I had finished with cancer treatments and was feeling very frail. These classes have made me stronger and given me the ability to get back out there and hike and bike again.

The tech and science behind (concentric and eccentric) training.
The tracked results in the app - although I'd like to see actual weight in real pounds. The machines have the ability to show you the actual weight, so why couldn't the app track that as well?
Like the instruction and individual attention and encouragement. Nice to be getting stronger in a private setting. I feel like I know what I’m doing.
