First of all, the idea that two concentrated workouts a week can be very effective seems to deviate from the common public opinion. I've been a client for quite some time and can declare that this is producing results.
Second, the coaches that I interface with in Appleton care about my wellbeing and drive me to results. Their positive attitude make me comfortable and motivated to show up every time.

Small, but functional. One on One Coaching. 20 minutes/class - can't beat that and it is working to increase my muscle strength which is what I was looking for.

I like the hours and how this fits into my schedule. The personal coaching is key for me as I would not have the discipline to go to a gym on my own. The equipment is all top notch and the facility is very nice to work out in.

I have learned so much since I started at The Exercise Coach. I have grown to truly enjoy my sessions because I have become stronger and have truly embraced working out even outside my weekly sessions. Sometimes the things that scare you the most, become the things you most enjoy. I would not be where I am today without my coach. When I started, the elliptical machine was my nemesis and now, it's one of the most invigorating five minutes heart pumping exercises I've ever done. Seeing my reports that show how much stronger I've physically became and knowing each time, the challenge will increase as my strength increases makes me want to push even farther. I've lost over 50 pounds in ~6 / 7 months working out with my coach, changing my eating habits, gradually increasing my daily steps and re-discovering my love for physical activities. I highly recommend this team - you won't regret it.

Can't think of anything I don't like! The trainer I met with was knowledgeable, friendly, and accessible; the studio is well equipped and spotless The workout-my first there-was perfect. I felt like I got a good workout and I was not sore the next day.
Feeling better, stronger with every session, able to do daily activities that were difficult before I began going to Exercise Coach. I find the fact that there is documented proof I'm improving to be encouraging and the program changes according to my needs based on those improvements. I may not be doing it perfectly on the challenge but it's helping me to realize what I need to do differently to make changes in my eating habits. My coach, Brandon is supportive and encouraging, and I appreciate his expertise in guiding me to becoming a better me.

Friendly trainers that really care about your fitness goals and help you achieve them. Even though it is only a 20 minute workout, you do get a full workout and feel it!
The one on one help. My trainer has been patient, helpful, supportive and encouraging of me as it has been a while since I did any type of exercise.
I like the twice a week protocol. It’s effective but not too intense for my aging body. The customized and personal nature of the training is great. Brandon is fantastic - knowledgeable, attentive, and humorous. He consistently makes it a fun experience.
