We like the friendliness of the coaches, the regimen that keeps us on track, the accountability, the no-longer-than-20 min. commitment, and the cleanliness of the studio. The one thing that would give it a "10" for me would be a partnership with Human Medicare Advantage, much like the one that exists between The Exercise Coach and United Healthcare Medicare Advantage.

I have found it to be a very comfortable environment. I work with Cheryl and she is both encouraging and nice to get to know. She pushes me just hard enough that I feel strength building but not so much that I'm disappointed by making less progress. She reaches a nice balance between the two. So far this program has been a good fit for me and I intend to keep coming.
