Heather Harper of John Adams Mortgage did a super job of helping a recent client with financing for his new home. Heather started the process by offering my client a great mortgage interest rate and very competitive processing fees; the client immediately decided to proceed with Heather and we had his mortgage pre-approval letter the next day. In working through the mortgage application and underwriting process, my client had a lot of detailed questions. Heather was very patient and answered every question thoroughly and completely; the client was very appreciative of the information and said it put his mind at ease that he had made a great decision in working with her.
