Liz is always great with our boys (18mo & 4yr). She’s patient, kind and always accommodating when emotions are high with our littlest who doesn’t love haircuts right now. Our oldest has been getting his hair cut there every couple of months for the last 4 years and he loves coming to the “Haircut store”.
Liz was amazing at working with my son. It’s always a hit or miss when cutting his hair, either a good mood or bad and this last time he wasn’t too happy but Liz was amazing! She was extremely patient with him and stayed calm. She was able to get his hair cut and when he started to freak out she waited until he was calm and tried to help him feel more comfortable. Will definitely be going back again for his next haircut!
Henrietta L. always does such a great job with my kids hair. She's always very sweet to them and you can tell she really enjoys her job. She does such a good that a scheduled my own haircut. She cut my hair just as good as the $100 salon that I normally go to. She's great!

My son, Oliver, got his hair cut by Ms. Kayla on Wednesday 7/9. She was so sweet and took her time with him. I think this is our first hair cut experience that didn’t include tears!

My son has autism and was scared the first time. Your staff was very patient. We left without him getting a haircut. Second time, it went great and he did so well! I recommend your salon to everyone I know that have children with special needs. The staff at his ABA clinic visited the salon and was impressed. What makes your salon special is working with children that have special needs. I encourage you to keep doing this. Maybe even have events or socials regarding autism awareness or special needs. There is not a single other place in the city that provides a special service like yours. Which makes you standout and get repeat business and word of mouth for new clients.
Kathy is wonderful with my little 2.5 yr old son! She has the sweetest personality and always makes it quick, which is perfect for my son since he hates to sit still for too long!

The staff is very patient and caring. They take time and patience to allow the children to become comfortable with the process. They do a wonderful job incorporating play with bubbles and such to keep the children entertained during their cut. We loved our experience!
This place was pleasant from time we walk on door. Everyone we had contact with was nice. The service was quick and our baby wasn't upset too long. We will definitely recommend this place for ear piercing of babies.

Someone cut my daughter’s hair. I don’t know the name of the person, but they did a really bad job. Then Donna helped us and gave her a great haircut. I left a good review on Google because I really liked Donna’s service. However, the other girl — this is the second time she cuts my daughter’s hair, and both times she did a poor job. That said, I really like the place overall.
We always have the best experience at Pigtails & crewcuts with our stylist, Michelle. She is so welcoming, professional, and patient with my wild boys. I cannot recommend her enough!
