Staff was friendly, stylist doing my son’s cut was very nice and did a great job on his haircut. She was patient and made sure we were happy with the results. I liked being able to book online as well. We were greeted and taken care of as soon as we walked in.
We absolutely love how easy it is to book (and change if we’re scheduled but our kiddo is sick last minute or having a bad day).
Charmaine does an absolutely incredible job with our son Ledger. She cuts his hair in no time in the exact style we request, makes him feel comfortable and relaxed, and always has fun things like bubbles or a microphone for him to play with while he’s getting his haircut. She always provides the best experience!
Brook is amazing! She listens to exactly what we want and makes sure not to take off too much hair before confirming the exact cut we want. Our son has been to see her twice (his only two haircuts) and he enjoys seeing her!
My child has some severe special needs and every visit the staff goes above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. I will always recommend pigtails and crew cuts for any child getting a haircut, we never leave disappointed.

We absolutely love Miss Emily! She does my son’s hair just like we want it EVERY time! My son is 12.5 and doesn’t want to go anywhere else for a hair cut! He loves that he can be himself and he gets to play video games!
My son loves being air to sit in a fire truck to get his haircut. And the movie is the cherry on top. Staff is nice, speedy and efficient. Overall great experience.
