My son is autistic and for 5 years no one could touch him. Getting his hair cut was an impossible task and he was not the only one leaving with tears and frustration. We found this place and at first it was a challenge but not our son is excited and he may stuff have some struggles but it’s nothing like before. I do believe it has to do with the options of what he can sit in and the stylist herself. Nikki is a blessing she is calm she is gentle and he can sense that. We thank you so much for all you do and as his mother and all the challenges we face you have no idea what a breath of fresh air this is.

Clean professional. Shannon was very awesome answered all my questions when it came to my daughter hair . Treated my daughter super sweet made her feel like a princess. Love the lollipops / snacks they have to help the kids relax . Will be returning again .

Every hairstylist we have ever had is amazing! They really listen to what we want, and they are so patient with our fidgety little one. He never likes getting sprayed with water, but they make a little game of it to make him comfortable and happy.
We love coming to Pigtails & Crewcuts. Sometimes for the littles, haircuts can cause some anxiety. Each time we come there, my kiddo is excited and runs in to play with the train set. This last time Alina was wonderful with my wiggly 3 year old. We just love the whole vibe when there.
Excellent customer service by Angie. My son is very scared of haircuts but Angie’s smile and calming personality helps him get through it.
Jillian was so patience while my granddaughter adjusted to her surroundings. She even offered us a private room to do the haircut so my granddaughter could be more comfortable.
We love Mason. He is awesome and we travel just for him! He listens to us and will talk to our little one. I love that he try’s to talk to the kids. I’ve been to a few that won’t say anything to them.

Our stylist was so patient and interacted with my granddaughter who was getting her 1st haircut at 4 years old.
Krystal was amazing with my daughter; she is so gentle and kind and made sure she felt happy and comfortable the whole time. We will ask for her for the third time when she needs her next haircut!
I have been taking my son here since he was 6 months old. We absolutely love Ms.Angela and Ms.Rachel they both are so great with toddlers.
Ms.Angela loves to sing along and Ms.Rachel works on my son while he plays with the trains.

Suchhhh a great experience getting my daughter's ears pierced. She was so nervous and they worked with her and she didn't even flinch or cry!
Logan is amazing !! My son has level 3 autism and always has struggled with traditional barbershops but with Logan his experience was amazing, no struggles at all.

Kristina, manager, and Stacey, assistant manager, are experienced stylists and skillfully earned my toddler's trust for a pleasant haircut experience. We have had uneven experiences with other stylists at the establishment but would recommend either Kristina or Stacey.
Adore your shop! Everyone was so kind and patient. You have truly thought through providing everything kiddos want to help make this as happy an experience as possible. We came in for my son’s first haircut and Joy did such an amazing job. We left with a lock of his hair and a picture. Very thoughtful experience. Will be back!! Thank you!

My son had a haircut there for the first time. The manager was the one who did it. She was very nice and friendly and did a great job. The place is clean and my son loved it. Every time we are close to the location he reminds it and says that he wants to go back there because he wants to play with the train track. I also love their little shop section. And at the end of your visit your kid can take a little treat from their treasure box.
