I like that you are a "green" company as much as possible because I'm trying to live a "greener" life so to speak. I liked the technician, Spencer, because he was courteous and professional and he did the best he could given the very dirty traffic areas he had to deal with. Also, Spencer was nice enough to volunteer to return in the evening when the morning appointment did not work out. The morning appt. did not work because I was not allowed to mail a check the next day for work done on the arranged day which was frustrating to me and I did not like that at all. On the phone when setting up the carpet cleaning appointment I had indicated that I would need to leave to go to work and asked if the technician could lock up when he or she left and I was told that would be fine. Obviously, I was not going to be able to pay the bill right away because I was at work. Yet, I was told no when trying to arrange for payment the next day because I would be at work and unable to pay at the time of service. Based on that alone I would not have been willing to refer your company to friends and family, but, luckily for you, Spencer's great attitude and work ethic made up for the payment issue and frustration I felt about that.

It's so refreshing that a company does everything it says it's going to do! Wonderful job cleaning our carpets with a very professional and courtious crew. I would highly recomend you to anyone!! Thank you!!

They come in and check everything before actually starting, they verify what is to be done and they in and out in no time. This is an office and three days later when we come back to work, they look amazing. Courteous people.

I really like the little use of chemicals and the water based process of the cleaning. I also appreciate how knowledgable Aaron, the Zerorez representative, was with the services and my fabrics that he was cleaning. He was kind, respectful and hardworking. Zerorez is great. Service has always been great this is my 3rd carpet or tile cleaning, workman are always courteous and more than willing to add to the job, as one time i added a large sectional sofa to clean. I have not tried the graniet cleaning yet but possibley in the fall when i have the carpets done again.

Your service people were exceptional, from the phone call letting me know that they would be arriving around 1:00, to the cleaners taking the time to go over all areas that I had concerns about. They were very friendly and pleasant.
