Fast and efficient
Excellent cleaning. I have used Zerorez for many years and have always been happy with the results and the service from the technicians. The technician did a very good job, was very professional and efficient. This year however, I was very surprised by the change in price and the very confusing and misleading information about how things were billed. The advertised specials eg $99 for 3 rooms are extremely misleading and very much feel like a bait and switch game. In the past, the billing was very straight forward and you knew exactly what to expect - no surprises. I am assuming these are changes that have been made since Zerorez is under new management. I will think twice before using Zerorez again because of the lack of transparency in billing and the marked increase in prices.

The men who cleaned the carpet were extremely helpful with giving me all of the best options for what we needed done and did a great job with getting all of the stains out of the carpet!
The service was incredible fast and friendly. They went above and beyond got my mattresses cleaner than I thought very happy with the results I would definitely recommend Zerorez and use them again in the future.
He was on time and very professional. Our ducts are now clean and we are sneezing a lot less! Thank you!

I got around to checking my e-mail after the technician left and we had paid him. One of the notices indicated that there was to be a $20 1st job discount. It's not a big deal and Zerorez has cleaned here before, but not on our dime - the insurance company's. I will check the invoice but there was never anything on the phone or from the technician about a discount.

Only bad thing I would like to comment on is the carpet was pretty wet after the cleaning. It would be nice if more water could be removed after.

Tyler and Jackson did a terrific job cleaning our carpets.
Requested bid for cleaning air vents. Due to asbestos issues and our desire to not disturb the sealed vents via abatement, he suggested installation of an ultraviolet clean air system. He was very knowledgeable and spent the time needed to help us make this decision. This system was affordable and installed very quickly.
They were very prompt, communicated well and took pride in the outcome of their work.
The carpet is dry now and I can't believe what a good job Tyler did. I will be contacting Zerorez again when I need additional cleaning and I will request that Tyler be our cleaner.
