The cleaning technique was explained to us and done very timely. We were satisfied with the cleaning. We had to reschedule for another appointment due to the fact one of our sofas was cotton and a different machine was necessary. The person on this day was good also and very helpful.

I liked the prompt service and our carpets looked great after the cleaning was done. and dried in less than 5 hours good job I was however not too pleased by the amount charged for spraying on the protectant, which took 10 minutes and cost nearly as much as the cleaning
