Professional and relatively painless. Technician provided a dozen and a half foam squares (appreciated) but had no square plastic sheets for protecting legs of furniture from damp carpet once cleaned. Technician needs to take more care to protect door edges and wall corners from dragging hoses.

Have had you out before and everything went great. My carpet is old but a high in carpet so there is not really any ware and tare in it. It is out dated for me but both times you have been out and finished it looks new again. Tha service tech was friendly very well mannered and was willing to go over any area I felt needed it. But he didn't have to. My only complaint was the fact that he didn't arrive untill 5:30 which was in the window but I felt too late. Next time I will make sure that I ask for a morning appointment. I will use you again and always tell my friends how happy I am with your service.
