I like that the carpets get rinsed and there isn't any perfumy smell from the solution. The carpet feels softer than from other cleaning methods we've tried. Technicians are friendly and polite. Prices are reasonable although be sure to read the fine print about the $25 service fee.

The two associates that came out to the house to do our carpets BEYOND exceeded my expectations for our cleaning. Th price was about 150
More than we were quoted over the phone and he throughly explained the charges before services began and before we were charged. (our rooms were bigger than what is allotted in the pricing I was given). When I say it was worth every penny…. I mean it. Super quick and efficient. Our carpets looked close to new when I literally thought they were a lost cause. 10/10 will be using zerorez for life.

Our technician was fantastic. His name is Logan., the service he was there on time, professional,, worked very hard did the job, except for the couple stains on the master bedroom carpet, which did not come up and, Zerorez is going to come back and do a spot cleaning of those stains. But I have been with zero razz for over 20 years when Jeremy used to own it, and I’ve always found them to be courteous did a very good job for me it was the first time you’ve had any kind of issues but otherwise how old is recommended for people, best regards, bob Edwards

We were very pleased with the carpet cleaning done by two of your employees, Lucas and his co-worker. (I can't remember his name.) Their customer service was great. They did a great job on our old carpet and went over some of it a several times. They were very thorough and friendly. Their goal was to please us and we are pleased.
