I thought the the two guys did a great job, I told them the areas that were getting hit the hardest in our landings and they made sure to spend special attention.

I had a great experience with Zerorez, Mike was my service technician and he was an absolutely great representative. After a horrible mess we faced inside my wife's Cadillac as we went through an automated car wash ( weeks prior) apparently when we purchased the car a week prior to that ,we didn't know it , But a seal for the moon roof that was broken. actually missing , so as we entered the car wash all of the high pressure soapy water spraying directly at the window ,came in through the nonexistent seal this an went all over the headliner and pillars on the seats and all over the interior it was a mess we were able to clean a lot of it by our selves but couldn't get the yellow pink and blue auto soap lines to go away it was horrible, we tried steamers and sprays with no luck. Then on the way to work listening to the radio i heard an add for Zerorez and Thought it couldn't hurt to call and see if its something they could do. I Cant get the stains out. Now Within a day we had a time scheduled an a plan in place for $88. He (Mike) came out and was polite and helpful. He spent a few minutes finding out what the problem was and if i had any concerns about him cleaning the areas , he then asked me if he could do a test spot, to see if her would be able to cleaned. He did a small area and it looked good but then stopped to let it dry to make sure it really gone. Then he cleaned all of it . The soap that was left in the pillars and headliner was gone and then he was even able to get the dark stains out of the seats from water sitting on the leather. spots that i thought were permanent .
