Off the record please, Rusty had to leave and come back due to faulty equipment. Then the second piece failed him on applying the anti allergy spray. Not a problem with us, but who"s the person that sees that the guys can fulfil an order without being interrupted? He offered to come back but after spending so much in a weeks time, I really can not afford to have it done. I just felt bad because I feel it was an inconvenience for him. No biggie.
I like the service. It was very professional. I also liked that there was no chemicals used in the cleaning. I have lots of allergies and I was very happy about it. The carpets came out very clean and smelled fresh.

I really liked your water based three step process for carpet cleaning. Your technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and verified after the work was done that I was happy. He also explained what to do and not to do to help keep the carpets as clean as possible. I will definitely use Zerorez for all of my future carpet cleaning needs!
