We were not fully satisfied.with the initial carpet cleaning. After requesting for someone to com back and redo spots that we felt were not fully clean. The technician that cleaned the second time, did a great job.

The man who returned our area rugs had been out earlier this year for a bulb change. He remembered we’d had a dog & weren’t going to have our carpets cleaned until our dog passed. He noticed no dog & clean carpets. He was very kind, acknowledged our loss and was very respectful. Definitely a caring asset to your team.
