Be on time for appointment.
We stated 4 times to 4 different people that we could not have anyone arrive earlier than 3PM to begin cleaning the office because we still had patients until 3PM. There was a huge disconnect with communication from the scheduler, estimator, and the confirming person. Each called and stated that the cleaner would arrive earlier and we had to explain over and over again that we could not start earlier than 3PM..

I have used your company for the past several years. Those technicians that have cleaned our carpet have all been very courteous and professional. My carpet looks great! The technician (Ricardo Fernandez) that cleaned our carpet on 10/31 was exceptional and very courteous and my carpet looks great. He checked with me as each room was cleaned to make sure I was satisfied and was very clear as he explained the various options available and reviewed each option I chose before I paid for the services. The carpets were very clean and didn't take very long.
Arrived on time; cleaned all carpet areas very well. My only negative comment is how wet the carpet was afterwards and it stayed fairly wet for 2 days. That seemed like a long time to be wet. But the service and the technician were great. Thanks.
Carpet cleans up so well. And also dries pretty quickly compared to other carpet cleaning companies. Customer service is awesome. Friendly on the phone and great tech guy.

Your cleaning method is the best. Your service people are helpful and friendly and discuss all cleaning options without pressure. Our carpets always look beautiful after a cleaning and stay that way much longer than other methods we've tried.

Zerorez has been in my home approx 7 times to clean during the exit of my basement tenant. They have always been professional and stayed on task until completion. My carpets come clean and stay clean for a lot longer than when I use other companies. The technicians are very friendly
Most of the bigger stains are gone, but I can still see the darkness of the higher traffic areas. I don't feel like any of that was taken out with the cleaning

When I call to have a room re-done.... Not able to get on the "schedule" for 3-4 days ... ??? I just paid A LOT of $$ and was not pleased with only 1 of the rooms.... My main room though - so pretty important!! Have used you for a few years now!! This current cleaning my main from room was not thoroughly cleaned... the dirt in the high traffic area is still really visible. This year they were not any worse than they have been in the past?? I've had the protectant applied each visit - and it usually all comes out??
A friend of mine just had her entire house carpet cleaned (about the same area that I had done for $99 special.... I expressed that I had been happy with you guys in the past - so I was going to stick with you! I was disappointed when my front room didn't look Great (as it has in the past), but that wasn't a huge issue, cuz I knew you would come back and fix it... the BIGGEST issue - is how long I have to wait???? NOT OK!! IF you mess up - PLEASE FIX YOUR PROBLEM ASAP!! My furniture was a pain in the butt to move, I can't live with it in my kitchen for 4 DAYS? So now I have to move it AGAIN??? I'm so annoyed now!!!! Really - I feel that an employee could have stayed a minute later the next day or gone in early to fix my front room... a tiny area - probably 20 minutes?? I know the schedule was "Full" but honestly??? I've been loyal and just paid you $400... why couldn't you squish me in ??

It cleans very well, gets the stains out and leaves no soapy residue to collect dirt.
I had a problem with my appt- i asked for morning n the tech didnt show up until 2:30. However they did give me a discount
