This visit was to service our air ducts. I think it went very well. I was a little bit disappointed with the way they put the air return vents back on. They had never been taken off so I get that it was difficult. I think the tech had to slice the caulking, etc. There were a couple of screws that either stripped out when they were removed or just weren't put back in straight so I had to do a little bit of cosmetic work. Other than that, it was great.
The great services and really great job by your workers, specially Isaias I only recommend him to my friends. I only call Zerorex because your products wash off spots,clean and dry in minimum time, it looks like new carpet and also the stairs beautifully CLEAN!!! it really makes me happier. Thank you Xerorex!!!
I like that it is chemical free, my carpets look like new and my service guy was exceptional! I will request him next time.

The job gets done properly the first time carpets end up ultra clean, they show up when they say they do and even let you know about earlier appointment times. Great friendly service the guy was great and did a great job.

The spots on my my family room carpet are still there. And all the carpet against the tile was pulled up so now I need to hire some one to come and tack it back down.

Carpets are cleaner
The carpet didn't look much cleaner after it was cleaned. I think it was done too fast and not carefully enough or else there was an equipment failure somewhere.

I like the fact that your company is living up to their name, ZERO REZ, and other company's out there, there are like so many others, multiple chemicals left in the carpets they clean. Keep up the GOOD WORKS !

The people
I was very specific as to what I wanted and how many areas I needed cleaning and I was quoted $250, but when the job was done, I was charged $380. The price was reduced to $350 by the cleaning man, but REALLY, when I ask for how much it is going to cost and I am very specific I should get that price not $100 more!!
