Great service, great prices and the best cleaning of carpets and furniture I've ever experienced.
1. We were told that we will receive a phone call 45 min prior to the arrival but we didn't.
2. Even after the cleaning, there were some carpet fabrics especially at the edges of the rooms.
3. I thought I heard the advertisement on KSL that a 4th room is free. Maybe when we scheduled it, the deal wasn't available?
Our $30 off coupon wasn’t applied like it should have been. our cleaner said he’d be an hour and a half to clean three rooms, a hallway, and a staircase. He only took a half hour. It’s good to be fast but I wondered if he did a thorough job. Some spots on our carpet still have the crusty/dirty look. Our carpet is only two years old.

I has happy with everything except the stain left in my kitchen. They came back once to try and clean it it is still there.
The people doing the service were nice and went the extra mile to make sure i was happy with the outcome of the job.

No residue. Makes carpet soft
We just moved into our house 3 months ago, and we hired Zerorez to both clean our carpets and remove a large unknown stain. One small section where they used specific chemicals to remove said stain dried crunchy, and Zerorez came right back out and recleaned that area, free of charge, also providing a carpet protectant. It dried beautifully. When they came back, they also cleaned up an additional stain that happened in the interim from my child’s play puddy, and removed it very well. I appreciate the quality work Zerorez demonstrates, as well as their determination to ensure I am pleased, as their customer. They have earned and will keep a loyal customer in me.
They come on time for the appointment. They wear booties to protect the carpets. They are professional. And Eric is great. We would have him come to our home again.

We think Riley did a great job with the carpet cleaning. We expected and needed to have a professional service and outcome to the work needed with the carpet - and it was performed above and beyond - and the price was very reasonable given the square footage - and rooms.
The person who did my carpets was fantastic. he was able to get my carpets clean. He even got ink out of the carpet.

I would like to know up front that cleaning removes any scotchguard treatment on the carpet. It probably would not make a difference, however, telling me after it was done feels like you were hiding something from me. Not a good feeling.

We are pleased with the quality of work, the professionalism and courtesy of the technician, and with the technician arriving when scheduled. Our three rooms were finished within about 90 minutes.
Make sure to disclose that if someone has a pet, the service will cost more.

Our tech Matheus was great, really liked that only water was used to clean it - no gross smells! We opted for the premium scotch guard option and we’re hoping that’ll help a lot with our pet (puking) stains!
