I like that there isn't any residue left on the carpet. The tech was efficient. I had my stairs and hallway cleaned and he was here for about an hour. Although after 30 hours my stairs are still damp.

You seemed to do a good job and came back when there needed to be some spots needing additional work. The problem was that it took 2 weeks before the return trip actually happened.
