It was quick, the technician knew his stuff without me having to tell the story of how toothepaste or soap or tell what a stain was, he knew as soon add he saw and even made suggestions on protecting the high traffic areas.we have agreed to make you all a 6 month ordeal.more importantly the floor was able to walk on after cleaning and this us importantly with two little boys.thanks.

Kevin, the service rep, provided quick, clean and competent service. He was also quite a nice guy and consulted with me on the best way to help the carpet dry quickly. I had opened the windows thinking that would help and he told me to close the windows, increase the A/C and keep the fans going.

Does a great job, takes less time to clean carpet, take less time for carpet to dry and company reps are alway so polite and friendly. Especially, uses their own water, meaning they do not have to be hooked up to the customer water supply and do not leave a mess to clean up.
