The technician was professional and friendly. I am extremely sensitive to strong smells and this was the first carpet cleaning where I did not get a migraine due to harsh cleaning chemicals. Our carpets look great. The process was quick and easy.

Service was amazing and my tech was very knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 recommendation!
The professionalism of the person who clean my carpets.
Our Tech was Joe very professional and worked quickly. Once he knew what the stains were he went to work. The old stains in carpet came out, I was very happy. The carpet dried fast and look and smell clean I highly recommend Zer0rez.
Our service representative was superb!
The technician arrived at the scheduled time and was very courteous. They took the time to explain all options available to me for cleaning specific stain types and then got to work. The stains were miraculously gone, the carpet was remarkably dry (though I still stayed out of the rooms for a few hours) and the carpets did not feel "crunchy" like one sometimes gets after using a carpet cleaning soap solution. The air also smelled very clean and not perfumy. I highly recommend this service.
