I appreciate the "on the way" call so I did not have to wait around all day. I thought Kevin did a great job and it did not take a very long time. It was a great feeling knowing my old carpets were cleaner for my family.

Carpet looked great considering that it was a rental property, but associate that called me over phone seemed unprepared for the services rendered. He called me three separate times asking me to text him my billing (CC#) information to his work/cell phone. I asked him if he could write it down and then run my card back at the office and he informed me that he would but he had nothing to write with. So....someone from the office called me when he had finished cleaning the carpets and I gave him my credit card information. Great job on carpets, but stressful receiving all those phone calls while I was at work. I offered to give my information up front for services rendered, but they insisted on doing it there way.

your technicians were great, they reviewed all of the options and were very well informed regarding not only the carpet cleaning but other options as well, for example what to use on our hardwood floors. How quickly the cleaning was done and how professional Taylor was. Taylor was great-he gave us some extra booties since he heard we had inventory the next day to make sure our guys kept the floor clean. He also was very knowledgeable about the other services you offer for our residences and suggested what kind of schedule we should be on to keep our carpets looking great at the office. Our carpets look as close to brand new that we could ask for. Much cleaner than anything we expected. We were also impressed that this will also sanitize since I will be bringing my newborn here in a few months. thanks!

I love that there are no chemicals, the carpet looks good, the work was done quickly and on schedule and David was very nice and helpful!

All the stains on my sofa and chairs came clean! It smelled so fresh.
The carpet looked like new again.
The only negative would be the drying time. My stairs were wet for the rest of the day.
I would use Zerorez again, though.
