Very professional and friendly staff.

The man that came to clean my carpet was very kind and considerate. He did a very thorough job and my carpet and the upholstery look like they did years ago - the pile of the carpet seems to have plumped up and the high traffic areas are not so noticeable. The upholstery is the same, and there is no stiffness like you get when you use regular cleaner using soap products. I am very glad we decided to try zerorez.

Felix had a rough time at my house. The power went out about an hour before he arrived. Though my husband called to let him know, he didn't realize that he would need one piece of equipment that required an electrical outlet in order to get out our pet stains. He waited patiently for the power to come back on, but after 30 minutes, he decided to get some lunch (it was lunch time). The moment he drove away, the power came back on and he happily turned around to do the job. I appreciate his patience and his hospitality.

He did a nice job on the carpet. It really looks good. The only concern I had was that I was quoted one special and paid that one and I saw a better one in the paper three days later.

Kevin, the technition, was so efficient and knew what he was doing. My carpets look amamzing.

Very friendly technician, Justin, who explained the process of cleaning. He answered all my questions. Very easy to schedule an appointment when I called. I got an email confirmation then a call the day before with a time block. Justin called about 20 minutes before he arrived. The only downfall it took all day for the carpet to dry which meant I couldn't put a lot of my furniture back. With two small kids that was a bit of an incovenience.

My sofa, chairs, and rug really look and smell better and I like the thought of not using chemicals to accomplish this . It took a little more than 3 weeks to get my rug back but after I called they explained the delay and delivered promptly.

Zerorez did a fabulous job in my house so I asked if they would be up for a challenge and you agreed. The Job your company did on the rugs in the Band Room and Chorus Room in Broughton High School was outstanding job. We all At Broughton High School would definitely recommend you to our friends, neighbors and have even put a recommendation on the Broughton Band Website.

Carpet looked 100% better when it was done. Wasn't done with harsh chemicals and was done with little dry time.
