The technician was very professional, prompt and called to let us know he was on the way. He was more than pleasant to work with. Finally, our carpets look so much better and there wasn't a strong chemical or perfume odor either. He took a few of our wool area rugs to clean in-house and even waited for my neighbor to get home and take hers!

The technician was well informed and provided quality carpet cleaning services. My carpets were cleaner than they've been in quite a while! (And...I have my carpets cleaned every 6 months, just...not like Zerorez did!)
