I like the product, because it doesn't leave our carpet so wet. Thus, we don't have to Waite 5 to 6 hours before it's dry. The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was very polite and answered any questions we had. I would have him come back again, because of is his professional and polite attitude. I also like the fact that my carpet didn't hours and hours to dry. By the way, I love the idea of giving your customers those little bottie like covers to pug on our feet so we wouldn't get our socks wet!
