The technician was excellent. I had some stains and the carpet is definitely better. I was told the pet stains are hard to complete get rid of, even with the extra pet treatment, and that may be the case. I think the coffee stain is now gone.

Had sofa cleaned and it looks great, however was hoping it would smell like it was cleaned. Still has an odor to it but it could be because it's over 10 years old.

My carpet has never looked so clean! Having dogs I was skeptical if anything would clean up the unfortunate pee stains; however, after having my carpets cleaned it looked as if I didn't even have dogs in the house.

Kevin was professional and personable. He showed us the difference between Zerorez water and our tap water. He did a thorough job on our stairs and explained the need to take our area rugs back to the shop. I feel it was money well spent.
