When I emailed for an appt, you did what you said you would do EVERY step of the way ( rare today): Staff called to set appt within promised time frame. Staff verified the appt the day before. I asked for early appt due to unexpected conflict and tech came early as requested. He was clean and professionally dressed and treated the carpet beautifully. It is noticibly clean now. Thank you. Matt was the tech who came out to clean our carpets. He was on time (he called to let me know he was on his way), very knowledgeable, and very personable. He thoroughly explained the process, answered our questions, discussed specific stains on our carpet before starting and again when he was finished. He was great! He got in, did the job and got out. It was a quick process.
I was impressed with the communication (both phone and email) from Zerorez before, during and after our appointment. I will absolutely use Zerorez again and refer them to others.
