The technician is always very helpful and communicative when it comes to the matter of getting out certain spots or problems with the carpet. The carpet looks great when they are done and they are fast and efficient. I also like the fact that there is no chemical residue I feel it makes it safer for us humans but also for our sweet little four legged friends.

an anti-microbial agent to take away any odor and freshen the bedroom.

It was quick and the carpet looked great! Did take longer to dry than the technician told me, though. It was not dry in 6-8 hours, but we put fans in the rooms and they were dry by in the morning. Still love the service!
There was a noticeable difference in the carpet after cleaning, and the work was done in a timely manner.
Non-toxic products professionally delivered/administered. Damarcus, our technician, was professional, as was Elizabeth in the office. She called to advise he was running later than our three-hour window, gave a new estimated time and said Damarcus would call when he was 15 minutes away. He did and all worked like clockwork.
