the products left my carpet clean and I like the way we were able to walk on the carpet right after cleaning without interfering with the effectiveness of the cleaning.

I had an excellent technician, Alonso, who did a fabulous job. He is highly recommended and didn't rush through the cleaning as previous technicians did.
We have a 12 year old sofa and loveseat that were very soiled to put it nicely. I called to have them both cleaned and they were able to fit me in the same day. The young man that came to our home was very personable and did a wonderful job. I wished I could remember his name. I would highly recommend this company.
That you don't use any soap or chemicals that can leave residue. Kevin was prompt and conscientious. He was done cleaning in 1.5 hrs.

Derrick Marrow conducted himself in a professional and courteous manner and I thank him for that. He also was a consistent reinforcement of this organization's standards of service. That's why I use them.
Not reflected on Derrick in the least, Zerorez and I could discuss their scheduling practices in an effort to be more customer friendly should they be interested in constructive feedback.
