The products used are pet friendly and the carpets dry pretty quickly. The technicians that come to clean the carpets are always knowledgeable and friendly.

First of all the person that did the service was very informative and told us what he was doing and how zerorez cleaning was different. He was done in a timely manner and very courteous. The only thing I was concerned about was when I paid him he entered my card info on his cell phone. He explained what happened after it was processed but I think several people like me would be concerned about that
