The service is great. Arrived in the window of time that was given to me, and the person called before showing up to let me know he was on his way. I have always had someone who is polite and very careful when cleaning the carpets. The carpets are very clean, and look and feel great. I have pets and a younger child in the house, so it is nice to know that there are no harsh chemicals.

The technicians are very professional and knowledgable. And Landon showed us how much dirt was actually hiding in our front rug and family room sofa by doing the vacuum test. So we had those cleaned as well.

Ricardo did a great job. He called to Gove me a heads-up that he was about 30 minutes away. I like that. Good value and dependable.

Servicemen were friendly and informative. Although I had only retained Zerorez for a large room carpet cleaning, I appreciate Kevin offering to clean other rooms and/or furniture. I took him up on cleaning a sofa and chair as well as a couple of area rugs.

While the furniture turned out great, there are still a few visible stains from dogs tracking in dirt. I did not notice these remaining stains until after the rug had dried, so I will inquire about that.

I feel like the carpet is really clean and free of any chemicals, residue, "cleaning agent smell" when the job is done. Also, the cleaning makes my carpets look almost brand new.

I like the customer service. The techs are always great and knowledgeable and kind and helpful. And when they get done, the house is Amazing!

The representative John Starkweather took the time to explain each step of the ZeroRez process prior to beginning the cleaning. The initial application made the house smell delightful and the carpet along with the big recliner he cleaned looked incredible. Our ten-year old carpeting looks fantastic.
