Service techs are neatly dressed, very professional and are detail oriented. He arrived in the time frame previously arranged,quickly went to work, offered their treatment to stop stains made by children and pets (when he had completed cleaning). I love how the carpets smell fresher ,look and feel after the cleaning. Try them , you really will want to use them again- I DID!!
