We've used this company several times. They always do a good job and we have referred this company to several people. The guys are always polite and want to make sure we are happy with the service they have provided before they leave. They always explain to us how they go about preparing the floors for the cleaning.
Jonathan was very knowledgeable about his job. He did a great job for us. He was concerned about an antique chair he was cleaning for us. After it dried, his efforts had paid off.

I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with Zerorez. From start to finish the process was seamless. Scheduling was easy, technician (Brittany) was prompt and her service was outstanding. My 11 year old carpet looks and feels brand new! I was so pleasantly amazed I just keep walking around looking at it! My carpet has never looked this good after a cleaning. The applied was very thorough and explained to me what he was going to do and how to ensure my carpet dried in a minimum time by adjusting my HVAC and keeping the fan running, etc.

Kirk Matthews was one of the best technicians I have had. Cleaned my carpets beautifully, arrived on time and was very thorough in answering all my questions. My carpets dried quicker, too, because he was careful to extract the water.
