The technician who came to do the ceramic tile/grout cleaning was Rob. Considering the tile was installed 17 years ago and was not sealed at the time of installation, I told him to do the best that he could. I wasn't looking for perfection. He was very thorough and the work turned out better than I expected. I was pleased with the work he did and it was as close to perfect as possible. I am moving and I may be calling Zerorez for additional services in the future. Thanks.

Did not notice any major appearance change in the carpets after cleaned. The carpet is only about 15 months old so it was in great condition before service. We wanted your service to keep our carpet on the right track to last longer.

The service technicians went out of their way to figure out the best way to help me! They didn't seem rushed and were willing to help with anything I needed. They were outstanding. They also tried to help me understand how pet urine effects carpet fibers and how to better maintain the accidents in the future. DJ even knew a lot about carpet warranties. They were outstanding! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
