I had really bad stains on our carpet in 3 rooms. Zerorez cleaned it and it still appeared yellow, but they came back and recleaned those areas and there is improvement, but I believe the carpet is too old and our budget can't support replacing the carpet at this time. I appreciate the customer service and kindness of the two employees that did their best to clean our carpets. It definitely looks better and I would highly recommend Zerorez.
