The cleaning job was great, it got rid of stuff in the carpet from our dog who is old and having more accidents now. Also, the guy who cleaned the carpets was really good about explaining stuff to us and was patient with our questions about our special needs because we are chemically sensitive, and he was very friendly, too. Thanks so much!
