They were well-spoken and explained what and how they were going to do the job. They were a pleasure to have in my home. They answered all of my questions and even explained some other services based on my needs. They documented the plan of work and provided me a receipt. Ray was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He answered all my questions, explained everything he was going to be doing and gave me no pressure options on certain cleaning situations. Rugs look great! I am waiting on my oriental rug to come back with hopes that I am just as pleased with its cleaning (that Ray was in charge of doing himself) and the new replacement pad.
