Jerry was our technician and he arrived at our house early, and was willing to wait while I finished prepping the house for him. He took the time to walk the space I needed him to clean to include our couch and listen to my areas of concern. He then took his time and really worked on the hard to clean areas. When he left my carpets looked and smelled cleaner.
