I have been using Zerorez for many years and love their services. Service Tech was top notch. Friendly, very professional, explained everything, chatted a bit just enough to be interested, but kept working.

I could not believe the change in the carpet.
No odor, no heavy perfumes, dried quickly, I could walk on it as soon as done; damp but not spongy. I was totally amazed.

This is a rental house, old carpet, nothing fancy, but it looks so good now. Will definitely use this company when it's time to clean again.
