Even though I was not on the premises when the carpet was cleaned, my son said the technician did his best to remove some tough stains and recommended we wait for the carpet to dry and call Zerorez back to try one more time to remove these stains. My son did say the carpet looks much better than it did before. I appreciate the effort of the technician to keep me informed when he would arrive. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided.

Excellent communication of process by technician Emmanuel. He showed up on time and demonstrated through knowledge of carpets including a wool area rug. The carpets now look like new! Definitely will use again.
