Professional and effective. Carpets look like brand new and rooms smell fresh and clean. Service went fast and carpets dried in record time on a HUMID day! The machine is fairly quiet so I could work from home while the carpets were being cleaned.
Stacy was great! He commutated great, it was a hard fix. Most of it turned out great but with a 38 year old carpet, he was fantastic! Willing to “test” a space before we continued on! Didn’t want me to waste my $ on a done carpet!
