I like how friendly and professional the carpet techs are and how well they clean the carpet every time. This was my 3rd or 4th time using Zerorez in the last 6 years. I will never need a different company, and that's comforting to know.
I liked the fact that the rugs and carpet weren't saturated. They still took about 6 hours to dry. The tech, Zandrew, was friendly, and efficient

Technician was very professional and courteous. He had mechanical issues with his van on the way to our house, and made sure to call us to let us know and keep us apprised of his updated arrival time. Our carpets look great!
