Scheduling and follow ups were a hassle and unpleasant. Despite that I would still choose them for cleaning my rugs and upholstery.

I love that this a patented formula that leaves no residue, doesn't over saturate our carpet like many other companies we used. They're enviromentally aware, polite and professional suggest care maintenance for the carpet. We're definitely not interested in using anyone else.
