The technician was very knowledgeable and very respective of my home. We have pets so there were some pet stains on the carpets. Zerorez did an amazing job removing all the stains. My carpets look new again. I would recommend them to anyone

We love zerorez and have used them repeatedly for years. This most recent experience was disappointing. The same area rugs I have had cleaned before in home with no issues were now having to be cleaned at zerorez. The tech refused to clean them in house and then charged me the fee for taking them away, as opposed to zerorez eating the fee cost since this was a change in their policy according to the tech... Instead of having everything cleaned that day, I am now waiting 3 to 4 weeks unless maybe they get done before and then i can go get them...this is a tech specific problem. I was taken so off guard...I would never had agreed to any of this without investigating myself, but it just snowballed.
