Both techs who came were very friendly, thorough and respectful. They came earlier than expected and called us before they came to make sure it was ok. Customer service was great. They have a 30 day guarantee and came back within a week to touch up some areas we had questions about. We had a lot of pet accidents and I can’t smell them anymore. Would definitely recommend them!
