The representative (sorry I forgot his name) was especially careful to explain the cleaning process and explain the process for removing a stain on the carpet. He was courteous and quick to finish the project. I appreciate that he did not waste time as it was getting late in the day for him.

I did wonder if you have a quarterly service package that could help with the expense of keeping up with carpet cleaning, but he did let me know that the service is not available at this time. I hope to have them back in 6 months!

I’ve been using Zerorez exclusively for over 10 years and have never been disappointed! No chemicals or filthy soap left in our carpets. Just clean! Everything dries within an hour or two and did I mention it’s clean? I wouldn’t think of renting some nasty machine from a supermarket. And everyone else will dump soap in your carpet. But Zerorez uses hot, hot, hot water and when they leave you can’t beat the smell of just clean and fresh. I use Rowe Reyes twice a year religiously. I simply will not use, nor will I ever use, anyone, but Zerorez.

Stacy Johnson, our service rep, was amazing. He came in and put covers over his shoes. I had 2 toddlers in the house and he let them see his flashlight and was amazing at getting his job done but being fun and courteous. He also was a wealth of information, answering all my questions, This was our first time trying Zero Rez but I will definitely hire them again! The carpets looked great!
