Every year December I have Zerorez clean my carpets. They get out stains that no other company could. They are fast, efficient, courteous, and just a good company to work with. Never once have I had a problem with them.

This year, Stacy was the employee who cleaned the carpets. He got out new stains that I didn't think would come out. So impressed.

I love that no soap is used because you can never get it all out! Residue soap just allows more dirt to accumulate more quickly!!

He called to let us know he was 20 min away, arrived on time, cleaned 3 bedrooms, a hall and staircase with no break! I will definitely ask for him again next time!

The technician was fabulous - friendly, prompt, very thorough!! We had a dog's mess and he did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. And, our staircase looks terrific!
